Hi Ya’ll 👋
Welcome to Week #26 of the Wrestling Snacks newsletter.
I hope everyone is doing well. This week was our last week of practices for youth winter wrestling (K-8th Grade) season. I really enjoy the opportunity to work with the kids in our club each day. They've come a long way, and I'm grateful for the changes and impact this sport can have on youth.
Parents consistently express how beneficial wrestling has been for their child and the noticeable change in them. It's such a great sport that mirrors the realities of life once they leave the nest.
I love this sport for the life lessons it teaches and the toughness it instills in the youth. I love watching kids push through fatigue, take control of their minds, shift their mentality, and persevere through challenging circumstances and situations.
This sport is a gift.
Let’s GO 💪
