Hi 👋
Welcome to Week #15 of the Wrestling Snacks newsletter.
❄️🐻❄️ Today is our 4th annual polar plunge fundraiser for the Jerome High School wrestling team. It’s a fun event we’ve been doing the past 4 years to raise money for the High School program. It’s freezing cold here in Idaho, with a couple inches of snow and the team will jump into the icy cold Snake River!
🤿 I’ll be suited up in double wet suits and lifejackets to make sure kids are safe and make it to the dock after jumping in. I’ll share some pics of the event next week!
This weeks interviewee is Ryan Deakin, I wanted to share with you his Podcast link and YouTube link if you’d like additional resources for training and nutrition
Let’s GO 💪
