NCAA Legends: Edition 1 - 4X NCAA Champs, and more...
Snacks
This week’s Snacks kicks off a new series: NCAA Legends, where we dive into the rich history of NCAA Wrestling.

I’ve compiled lists of the greatest NCAA Division I wrestlers of all time—those who have won 4, 3, and 2 National Titles. I’ll be breaking them up into multiple editions, organizing them chronologically by the number of titles won. A new edition will be released each month as we work through the full list.
Let’s get started!

Growth Bite
This week's Growth Bite comes from a short YouTube clip by Dan Martell that gave me a bit of inspiration.
You’re just one idea away…
Community Treat
This week's Community Treat comes from a Twitter post by Alfred State Wrestling. Here are some stats on the percentage of varsity wrestlers who qualify for the national tournament across four divisions:
Also want to leave this stat here as a reference point on how tough it is to qualify for Nationals….

43% Qualify DI
39% Qualify NAIA
25% Qualify D2
16% Qualify D3— Alfred State Wrestling (@AlfredWrestling)
