Hi đź‘‹
Welcome to Week #19 of the Wrestling Snacks newsletter.
It’s coming down to the wire. Lots of State Tournament action happening across the country over the next few weeks. Good luck to all the parents, athletes, and coaches. It's an exciting time of year!
I love High School State Tournaments. They bring back so many great memories from a lifetime of experiences with this sport. I still get nervous and feel energy coursing through my body just before the first session starts. Even though I'm not competing or currently coaching a High School program, I still get that same feeling and vibration through my body as I did when I was competing.
This is state... this is what we train for all year. It's a new day. Anything can happen, and we're here to lay it all out on the mat. This is where dreams become reality and goals are accomplished.
Still gives me goosebumps. I love it!
Let’s GO 💪
