Hi đź‘‹

Welcome to Week #53 of the Wrestling Snacks Newsletter.

What a week! I did a 40+ hour road trip from Idaho to Iowa and back, giving me plenty of time to reflect on the newsletter.

This week marks the 1-year anniversary of Wrestling Snacks! For 52 weeks straight, we've delivered insights and tips into the sport of wrestling, and what a journey it's been. I've grown tremendously as both a coach and a wrestling parent, learning so much from the people I’ve interviewed. I hope it’s done the same for you.

Thank you to all my readers for being part of this journey! As we enter the next year, I’m excited for hyper-growth and new improvements to enhance your experience. My goal remains to be impactful and deliver value every week.

If you’ve been here for a while, please take a moment to let me know how I’ve been doing so far. If you’re new to the newsletter, feel free to skip the survey below.
