Hi šŸ‘‹

Welcome to Week #45 of the Wrestling Snacks newsletter.

Not much going on this week. The dust has finally settled from the Olympics. I hope everyone had a chance to watch some of the action and support our athletes. There were lots of ups and downs during the event, but also many great moments. Helen Maroulis captured her third Olympic medal, which is pretty awesome. Sheā€™s one of the all-time Olympic greats! Bruce Baumgartner has four Olympic medals, then you have Helen next in line with three. Sheā€™s solidified herself as a legend in the sport, and it was great to watch!
