Hi š
Welcome to Week #30 of the Wrestling Snacks newsletter.
Iām pretty excited about this week's interviewee. Not going to lie, I was a little nervous because Brent Metcalf was one of my favorite wrestlers. I loved watching him compete when he was in college. I was pretty stoked to get on the phone with him for a chat. I sat in the sauna with him once back in 2010, which I brought up on the call, and of course, he wouldnāt have remembered it š.
Good times...
Iām a big fan of whatās going on at Iowa State. Itās awesome to see the progress they are making with their current coaching staff. It was great to see them sneak into the top 4 at the NCAA's this year!
