Hi 👋

Welcome to Week #20 of the Wrestling Snacks newsletter.

Not much going on this week. We’ve still got High School State Tournaments around the country in full swing, and they’ll continue through about the first week of March.

I’m currently on my way to Reno, to coach at the RMN Rumble in Reno Tournament. I’ve got 17 wrestlers signed up and we’re ready to roll and have a fun day of competition. Reply to my email and let me know if any of you will be coaching in Reno as well.

Today’s interviewee is a good friend of mine that I’ve know since childhood. Before we get started I wanted to share with you a link to his personal page if any of you want to check it out HERE. Ben is a public speaker and his message of Victor over Victim has reached millions of people across the world. He’s got a book and documentary coming out in the first quarter of 2025. Follow along on his social media outlets to stay tuned on the release dates (FB, Instagram, YouTube).

Let’s GO 💪
